waletqq Platform Privacy Notice
This page describes what we collect when you use waletqq and how we keep that data protected. During account registration, deposit, betting, and withdrawal, we gather personal information — email, phone number, national ID, proof of address, and transaction history. We use this data to verify your identity, comply with anti-money-laundering laws, process your payments via QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and other methods, and resolve disputes.
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to marketing firms or data brokers. We share data only with our payment processors, auditors, and legal advisors as necessary to operate waletqq and comply with law. Our servers use SSL encryption to protect data in transit, and all stored information is encrypted at rest.
This privacy notice applies to your use of waletqq on Android (APK), iOS (browser), and desktop. If you have questions about how we handle your data, contact our support team via in-app chat or email. We respond to privacy inquiries within one to three business days.
Data We Collect on waletqq
When you open an account on waletqq, we collect your email address, chosen username, and password. We ask for your phone number and date of birth to verify your identity and prevent fraud. We store these details securely using encryption.
Before your first withdrawal, we require account verification. We ask you to upload a national ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license — front and back), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from the last three months), and a selfie holding your ID next to your face. We use this information to comply with know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. These documents are stored securely and are never shared with third parties for marketing or other purposes.
When you deposit funds into waletqq, we record the payment method, amount, date, and time. For QRIS and e-wallet payments (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), your payment provider sends us transaction confirmation data. For bank transfers to our mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet accounts, we record the transfer details. We do not store your bank card numbers, e-wallet credentials, or other sensitive payment information — that data goes directly to our payment processors.
When you place bets or play games on waletqq (Liga 1, Piala AFF, live blackjack, slots like Aviator or Sweet Bonanza), we log your betting activity, game play, results, and account balance changes. This data helps us detect fraud, resolve disputes, and provide customer support. We keep this history for your account records and regulatory compliance.
Your waletqq data is encrypted in transit and at rest
We use SSL/TLS encryption for all connections between your device and our servers. Stored data is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms. Your password is hashed and salted, so even we cannot read it in plaintext.
How We Use Your Data on waletqq
We use your personal information for several legitimate business purposes. First, we verify your identity and age to ensure you are legally permitted to use our platform. Second, we comply with KYC and AML regulations set by financial regulators — these rules exist to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Third, we process your deposits and withdrawals using the payment methods you provide.
We use your betting and gaming data to settle bets accurately, calculate payouts, and maintain your account balance. If you dispute a bet settlement, we reference your transaction history and game logs to investigate. We also use this data to detect fraud and collusion — if we identify unusual patterns (multiple accounts betting together, rapid balance transfers), we investigate and may restrict your account.
We monitor your account for suspicious activity — large deposits followed by immediate withdrawals, betting patterns inconsistent with natural play, or use of prohibited automation tools. If we detect suspected fraud or money laundering, we may freeze your account pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by law.
We use your email and phone number to send account notifications (login alerts, deposit confirmations, bet settlements) and respond to your support requests. If you download our Android APK or bookmark our iOS interface, we may send push notifications about fixture kickoffs for Liga 1 or Piala Indonesia matches, live-dealer table availability, or promotional updates — you can customize these in Settings → Notifications.
Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing
Our payment processors (mobile banking provider, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and our partner banks) receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These processors have their own privacy policies and are responsible for protecting that data. We choose processors with strong security practices and do not authorize them to use your data for marketing.
We may use third-party identity verification services to confirm your national ID and address. These services receive your uploaded documents and verify their authenticity. They operate under confidentiality agreements and do not share your information with other parties.
Our auditors and compliance consultants may access anonymized versions of your account data to ensure we meet regulatory requirements. They sign confidentiality agreements and access only the minimum data necessary.
We may disclose your information if required by law — for example, if a court order requests account data, or if financial regulators investigate suspected money laundering. We will notify you of such requests unless legally prohibited.
Data Storage and International Transfer
Our servers may be located outside Indonesia. Your data may be stored and processed in data centres across Southeast Asia or beyond. By using waletqq, you consent to your data being transferred to and stored in these international locations. These locations have equivalent or higher data security standards than Indonesian requirements.
We maintain regular backups of your account data to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery. These backups are encrypted and stored securely.
